okay, you know the little tool bar, under the title of your entry, but above teh text box? on it, there is a button that looks like a yellow square with mountains and, a green sun. if you hover over it iwth your mouse it should say "insert/edit image"
If you click on it, it opens a tool bar called "Image properties"
Now you can you can copy the URL of the image location online (Right click on t he image and select "Copy image location") if you are using a image from teh internet and copy and paste in teh first tab of the tool bar where it says "URL" and that will add the image.
However, if the image is saved on your computer, then you click the tab that says "upload" in the "image Properties" tool bar, which will bring you to the place where you can "browse" to find the image. Once you do this, you will have to click "upload" and it will bring you through one or two more screens before you can click "OK" to actually insert the image in your entry.
also, it will insert eh image wherever the Typing Cursor is in your entry, so make sure you don' accidentally insert it halfway through your paragraph or something hahaha~
